V and I are left to entertain ourselves… It is quite frustrating that I cannot help O to get the apartment ready for tomorrow’s move (just us and some suitcases, the rest is already there – or not bought yet, such as a mattress, a kitchen etc). But I (we) just have to realise that somebody needs to take care of V!
Here’s some photos of what we have done the last week (not including V throwing up all over himself and me in the new apartment. Fortunately I could borrow some clothes from our friends and neighbours, in other words; V is sick again 😦 ):
Happy that we are not going to live in a house like this one – too many steps without elevator… I don’t really like forward-facing prams like the Maclaren but sometimes you just don’t have a choice, they are practical when moving about in the city centre and on buses / the metro, but I hate not having eye contact with my son!
Heading back to the temporary apartment after some more shopping (only did two shops actually) and a quick “cold” fika with French S. V was very good, he has lots of patience when we are out and about, and likes looking around.
